SHOWCASE FOR TRANSFORMATION AND INNOVATION
Since the successful pitch for Electronica 2022, TDK Electronics has been a valued client of the ET GLOBAL Group. The trusted partnership, including the annual stand construction at PCIM, made a new pitch unnecessary this year. The design process began in January and was implemented in close collaboration with TDK Electronics. One of the biggest innovations was the integration of the TDK Micronas division into the main stand, increasing the total area to an impressive 840 sqm.
A concept that makes transformation tangible
Aligned with the electronica trade show’s claim, “Accelerating Transformation for a Sustainable Future,” the stand was designed to allow visitors to experience the message of transformation across all levels: digital/AI, green/sustainable, and social. With the motto “Transformation is part of our DNA,” TDK made a clear statement.
Visitors were introduced to the theme from afar through two 3D LED animations at the corners of the stand. The significance of the TDK brand was further emphasized by prominently visible logo elements and an iconic overhead brand structure with oversized white slats.
Customer journey and interactive highlights
Inside, the customer journey began at a large video wall showcasing TDK’s transformation and company history. From there, visitors explored clearly defined areas dedicated to Automotive, Industrial & Energy, and ICT (Information and Communications Technology). Black LED-lit structures visually grouped the products while providing detailed information on interactive kiosks.
Additional highlights included the AI product area, start-ups presenting innovative projects, and a McLaren simulator offering visitors a unique live experience and highlighting the partnership with McLaren.
