How long is the planning cycle?

Due to the high structural complexity of extensive large-scale events and the necessary coordination of various trades and international logistics flows, we consider a lead time of 6 to 8 months desirable. This period allows for a sound conception phase as well as the creation of detailed 3D visualizations and aims to secure all necessary capacities early on. Should you approach us with very short-term requests, we will do everything we can to use our established processes to aim for precise implementation even within tight time windows.
