Audi Family Festival Ingolstadt

Client: Audi | Event: Family Employee Event | Location: Ingolstadt, Germany

Under the motto “Experience Audi!”, Audi AG hosted the grand Audi Family Festival for its employees in October 2023.

Around 90,000 Audi employees and their families explored production and technology at the Ingolstadt, Münchsmünster, and Neuburg sites, met renowned athletes, and enjoyed a cultural program featuring 160 acts across eight stages. Departments showcased topics such as body construction, Audi Sport Customer Racing, and Corporate Citizenship, bringing the brand’s history, present, and future to life. In Ingolstadt, highlights included the Design Center, production halls, and even the factory fire brigade opening their doors.

Cars were, of course, at the heart of the event: visitors experienced electric model test drives in Neuburg, thrilling laps on the test track in an Audi R8 LMS GT2, the most powerful customer racing car ever with 640 horsepower. Formula 1 fans tried their hand at a timed tire change and posed with the striking Audi Launch Livery on the F1 show car. Motorsport enthusiasts also competed in eSport simulators on legendary Grand Prix circuits.

As the implementation partner, ET GLOBAL delivered a seamless experience by developing an efficient logistics concept for three locations. 100 fitters ensured flawless setup and dismantling of countless components and furniture across the vast factory grounds.
