SHELL'S LAUNCH OF ITS MAJOR CARBON OFFSET CAMPAIGN
As part of its Carbon Offset Program, Shell—an industry leader in sustainable energy—is actively working to compensate for unavoidable CO₂ emissions through innovative climate initiatives. These include supporting selected environmental projects focused on forest conservation and tree planting.
The program gives motorists the opportunity to contribute to Shell’s climate efforts with a small donation per liter of fuel purchased. To mark the campaign launch, Shell hosted a series of online events, including a livestream for employees and a digital press conference.
Event partner ET GLOBAL was responsible for the full execution of both formats: the press conference streamed from Hamburg and the internal seminar broadcasted from ET GLOBAL’s headquarters in Frankfurt. The ET GLOBAL live team handled every aspect from location scouting and studio set design to production, direction, and the development of an interactive online communication portal with integrated chat functionality.
