The Client's Brief

Design and deliver a standout double-decker stand for OpenText at LEAP 2025, featuring sponsor booths, demo zones, a podcast studio, VIP space, and interactive digital elements—all with smooth on-site management and premium hospitality.

Our Services

ELECTRA, our brand for exhibitions and events in the Middle East, brought the concept to life with a striking two-level structure that fused innovation with functionality:

  • Upper Deck: VIP mezzanine for high-level meetings
  • Ground Floor:
    • 8 sponsor booths
    • 5 OpenText demo zones
    • Custom podcast studio
    • AI photo booth & 3D anamorphic LED screen
  • Full AV, software integration, and custom furniture
  • Premium hospitality by our Saudi partner

Setup Time: 3 days

Despite a remote production site 2–3 hours from the venue, ELECTRA ensured flawless logistics and zero delays. Every element was delivered on time, with precision and reliability.
