Design and deliver a standout double-decker stand for OpenText at LEAP 2025, featuring sponsor booths, demo zones, a podcast studio, VIP space, and interactive digital elements—all with smooth on-site management and premium hospitality.

In collaboration with ET GLOBAL MEA, Electra brought the concept to life with a striking two-level structure that fused innovation with functionality:

Upper Deck: VIP mezzanine for high-level meetings
Ground Floor:
- 8 sponsor booths
- 5 OpenText demo zones
- Custom podcast studio
- AI photo booth & 3D anamorphic LED screen
Full AV, software integration, and custom furniture
Premium hospitality by our Saudi partner

Setup Time: 3 days

Despite a remote production site 2–3 hours from the venue, Electra ensured flawless logistics and zero delays. Every element was delivered on time, with precision and reliability.
